Admission Inquiry

We are so pleased that you are considering ICA for your child! Below, you’ll find the process for applying to the Academy.

Step 1: Online Application

Applying online is easy!  The process starts by completing the new student application. Which you can find below. 

Step 2: Parent Interview/Tour

As part of the application, parents of applicants are required to complete a parent interview during the process. This conversation will give you an opportunity to learn more about our curriculum, ask questions and tell us more about your child. Additionally, we encourage you to arrange a tour.

Step 3: Remit Fee

Once ICA has extended a formal offer enrollment to your child we ask that you remit the registration fee for K-8th grade of $100 or the yearly fee for Preschool & PreK of $125. 

At Immaculate Conception Academy, we wholeheartedly embrace our mission to welcome all families and make Catholic education accessible to our diverse community. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to flourish in a nurturing, faith-based environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.

Use your funds at Catholic schools. You can use your PA 529 Savings Plan to pay for tuition up to $10,000 annually at ICA.

Contribute with ease. Payroll deductions and automatic investing plans make saving even easier. Manage your account securely online anytime or call the PA 529 GSP (800-440-4000) to speak to a savings specialist.

Low fees. The PA 529 GSP has an annual asset-based fee of .30% (capped at $250 annually) for accounts with email delivery of most plan documents. For accounts with mail delivery, the fee is .40% (capped at $500 annually). All accounts are subject to a minimum fee of $5 annually.

Anyone can contribute. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and family friends can all help cover the cost of your child’s education.

Prospective students and families must submit a complete application and registration fee.

Applications will be reviewed thoroughly, considering academic records (if applicable,)family recommendations, and family interviews.

The Academy will communicate the final decision on admission promptly.
