Overview
Since its inception in September of 1999, Immaculate Conception Early Education Center has been dedicated to delivering high-quality education to young children for over 24 years, fostering a legacy of excellence and nurturing young minds.
Welcome to the Early Education Program! This is the start of your child’s learning career, and I am so happy you chose us. We will take time throughout the year to build our cognitive skills, which include letter recognition, one-to-one correspondence, and literacy concepts. We will also develop our fine and gross motor skills by practicing writing our names and alphabet letters. Outside and inside, gross motor play is essential to a young child to build their strength and help with their coordination. In our program, students will learn how God made living things and how we can care for what he made for us. The emotional curriculum will be intertwined throughout our topics to help children learn how to solve problems with friends, to be good friends, and to work together. We are truly excited to watch your child grow and help them along the way, and we are confident that they will flourish in our program.
About Teacher
Caitlin Geoghegan is an inspiring educator passionate about Early Childhood and Elementary Education. A proud alumna of Albright College, she holds certifications in these pivotal teaching areas and also boasts a degree in Business Administration with a minor in management. This unique blend of qualifications enables Caitlin to bring a strategic and well-rounded approach to her classroom.
Driven by a deep love for watching children learn and grow, Caitlin believes early education is the cornerstone of a child’s development. She finds immense joy in witnessing her young students experience new things and begin to navigate the world independently, inspiring others with her passion for teaching.
Outside of her professional life, Caitlin is a devoted family person who loves spending time outdoors with her two energetic boys, aged 10 and 4. They keep her busy and bring endless joy to her life. In her spare time, she indulges in her love for reading.
