TUITION ENROLLMENT
Immaculate Conception Academy of the Diocese of Allentown utilizes the FACTS Tuition Management System for Preschool, Pre-kindergarten, and Kindergarten through 8th grade. The FACTS Tuition Management System will afford you the ability to set up regular deductions from either a bank account or via credit card or make payments by check depending on which option you choose.

You will realize these benefits by using FACTS for your tuition payment plan:
- Payment Dates and Options:
You may choose Annual (August), Semi-Annual (August and January), Quarterly (August, November, February, and May) or a Monthly schedule with payments deducted on either the 10th or the 20th. Automatic payments need to occur from a checking or savings account or a variety of credit cards. Please note, if choosing a credit card, a non-refundable convenience fee will be assessed by FACTS. There is a $39 per family/per year charged by FACTS to families who pay tuition in three or more payments.
- Convenience & Security:
Along with multiple payment plan options, your payments are processed securely through a bank to bank transaction.
- Peace of Mind Insurance:
FACTS offers this optional benefit for only $17 per year per family. In the event of the death of the Responsible Party or spouse, the remaining tuition balance owed for the current school year is paid to the school.
- Consumer Account:
You may check your personal account or make payments online from the convenience of your home or office anytime.
