DESCRIPTION:Participants must be registered at:        https://www.iccyoberks.org/registration \nThe competition is open to all 6th\, 7th\, and 8th grade students (boys and girls) who either attend CCD at Immaculate Conception Church or attend Immaculate Conception Academy. \nEach student may enter only one food product in the competition. An adult may supervise the student\, but the actual preparation of the food entry must be done entirely by the student. Recipes prepared from “scratch” are preferred. However\, recipes containing store bought components are acceptable.  \n*PLEASE NOTE: THE MAIN COMPONENT OF YOUR RECIPE MUST BE PREPARED FROM SCRATCH. \nThere are eleven (11) categories in both the boys and girls divisions:  \nAPPETIZERS COOKIES PASTRIES \nBREAD/YEAST PRODUCTS* CREAMY DESSERT SALADS \nCAKES DEATH BY CHOCOLATE DIPS \nCASSEROLES SOUP/STEW/CHILI \n*NOTE – bread category items must be made with yeast; pumpkin bread would go in the cake category.  \nEntries should be brought to the school social hall between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.  \nJudging will take place from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Contestants should return to The Social Hall at 11:15 AM for the announcement of division winners and presentation of awards. Any dishes left behind will be discarded. We look forward to tasting the culinary creations of our Catholic students.
